Elana grew up in a southern kitchen and has since gone plant-based. It’s her mission to create vegan versions of her childhood favorites – and beyond.

Nicole is a writer who grew up in Chicago. Like most of you, she just wants something effortless to make that isn’t stuffed with unhealthy, processed ingredients.
