Candied walnuts
These candied walnuts are so simple and truly come together in 10 minutes. I mix all the ingredients on my sheet pan to avoid extra dishes (who wants extra dishes?? not me!) and then throw the walnuts in the oven.

- 2 cups walnuts roughly chopped
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients on a baking sheet.
Bake walnuts for 5-10 minutes. Watch closely and take out when they start to darken.
Let cool.
Store in airtight container in a cool place.
Add to salads, oatmeal, or enjoy handfuls!
