Mango Salsa

The Sweet and Spicy Combo You Didn't Know You Needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice mango (1), red onion (1/2 cup), cilantro (1/2 cup), grape tomatoes (1 cup), and mince garlic (1 clove).
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
  • Serve with chips or on tacos, burritos, or whatever your heart desires!

Notes

*Makes ~3 cups of salsa. Keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge, though best when fresh.
*To adjust for breakfast add ~1/2 cup strawberries and/or blueberries. 
*If you are sensitive to spice, cut out the seeds in the jalapeno and discard.
