Dice mango (1), red onion (1/2 cup), cilantro (1/2 cup), grape tomatoes (1 cup), and mince garlic (1 clove).
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
Serve with chips or on tacos, burritos, or whatever your heart desires!
Notes
*Makes ~3 cups of salsa. Keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge, though best when fresh.*To adjust for breakfast add ~1/2 cup strawberries and/or blueberries. *If you are sensitive to spice, cut out the seeds in the jalapeno and discard.
